Ivory Garden Dinner

An anniversary dinner set in a private garden under a canopy of string lights and ivory blooms. Tamayra approached this milestone with the same rigour as a large-scale wedding — custom tablescapes, a family-style Italian menu, and a seating plan engineered to spark meaningful conversation across generations. The table ran the length of the garden, dressed in ivory linen, antique glass, and restrained floral runners in shades of cream and sage. Each place card was hand-lettered, and the menu cards doubled as keepsakes tied with silk ribbon.

Private events are where Tamayra's philosophy of restraint shines brightest. We edited every element until only what mattered remained. For this dinner, we worked closely with the hosts to identify the mood they wanted — warm, unhurried, generous — and then built the evening backward from that feeling. The seating chart was the most time-intensive piece: we mapped relationships, avoided awkward clusters, and placed guests so that each table conversation had a natural arc.
